Administrative Assistant/Secretary (JG S1)
Duties & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources & Administration and provide efficient  Secretarial and administrative support services in the organization.
  • Receiving, sorting, registering and distributing incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Preparing routine correspondence;
  • Coordinating the smooth flow of paper work;
  • Attending to visitors;
  • Maintaining an effective filing system;
  • Attending to incoming and outgoing calls and making appointments
  • Maintaining office supplies and arranging for replacement departmental staff claims;
  • Facilitating Departmental operations;
  • Handling and filing confidential information;
  • Maintaining high standard of cleanliness/hygiene and tidiness in the office.
  • Undertaking general administrative services
Qualifications

  • C PLUS Mean Grade;
  • A Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Business Management;
  • 4 years working experience, 2 of which must have been in a busy office;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent organization skills and highly confidential;
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with standard office computer applications;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Terms of offer
