MSK has provided affordable high quality innovative reproductive and sexual health care services to her clientele since 1986 through its nationwide network of static in reach centres and mobile outreach centres thereby enhancing accessibility of SRH services to the hard to reach rural citizenry of the republic of Kenya.
MSK is looking for a suitably qualified person to fill the vacancy of Quality Assurance Manager.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Programme Director; the incumbent will have the overall responsibility for maintaining clinical excellence in service provision via centres, outreach, and related projects.

As a member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Programme Director; the incumbent will have the overall responsibility for maintaining clinical excellence in service provision via centres, outreach, and related projects.
Duties will include
- maintaining and strengthening the quality clinical standards;
- maximising centre productivity through income generation and business mindedness;
- support in the recruitment and performance management of the technical team members;
- assist in the technical training and development identification needs of the related team members;
- ensuring of optimal and appropriate staff levels in the said service areas; and
- lead and manage Medical Advisory Team function.
We wish to discuss this position with a candidate who possesses the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
- Clinical qualification preferably Medical Doctor, Clinical Medicine. Bsc. in nursing or equivalent.
- Management/business qualification desirable.
- Sound Clinical experience and Administration of Health facilities.
- Proactive, creative and independent thinker with ability to work long hours and withstand pressure.
- Strong communication, reporting and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with and administer to a multicultural environment.
- Experience in work planning and people management.
- Strong analytical and Computer skills. A background of financial and strategic planning is an added advantage.
