Area Managers
Reporting to the marketing head, the candidate is expected to provide leadership to a team of medical representatives.
Job Profile:
- Proficient in computer applications including: MS Office
- To be able to recruit, train medical representatives
- Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures
- Draw sales forecasts
- Oversee regional/ area sales
- Should be actively involved in field activities
- Plan performance evaluations to develop and control sales
Persons Profile:
- Should hold a university degree/ diploma in the pharmaceutical/medical field
- Have a working experience in the Kenyan market for atleast 5 years
- Demonstrated administrative, business, managerial skills
- A masters degree would be an added advantage
- Be result driven
Medical Representative
Reporting to the area managers, the candidates should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Should have a University degree/ diploma in pharmaceutical/ medical or related sciences.
- Aged between 25-30 years
- Be ready to be based anywhere in Kenya
- Proficient in computer application packages
- Have developed communication and presentation skills
- Have excellent interpersonal skills
Pharmacy Representatives
Reporting to the area managers, the candidate should meet the following minimum requirements:
- Should hold a Form 4 certificate with minimum C+
- Diploma in pharmacy desirable
- Aged between 18-30 years
- Experience in Pharma selling will be an added advantage
