Siraji SACCO is a dynamic and progressive organization based near Nanyuki offering a wide range of financial services to its growing membership. As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking to recruit a qualified candidate for the following senior post reporting directly to the General Manager.

Operations Officer

Job summary

The job holder will be responsible for day to day operations.

Main duties
  • Responsible for cash administration
  • Ensure smooth operations
  • Follow up on implementation of all policies and procedures
  • Production of FOSA reports
  • Checking and supervising FOSA staff
  • Any other duty allocated by the Manager
Knowledge & Skills requirements


  • Diploma in Co-operative management/ Credit Management/Banking
  • A holder of CPA II and above
  • Should possess strong ICT skills
  • At least 2 years experience in a SACCO Movement or financial institution in a similar position
  • Should demonstrate team building, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • High degree of integrity
