Job Summary

A Reporting to the Head of Department — Marketing, Research and Customer Service. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the product development, product management, market research, customer research, product line, growth strategy and

product marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for co-ordinating marketing activities for all brands.
  • Develop effective marketing communication plans for all products and services.
  • Able to create innovative products from conception to the market place.
  • Able to create compelling product themes/categories and execute them from start to finish.
  • Communicate and collaborate with senior management each stage of development with time line for completion on all products under development.
  • To create brand awareness through various activities and campaigns.
  • Provide regular market intelligence reports on products, pricing and market activity and recommend suggestions for product improvement and enhancement.
  • Interpret consumer insights for brand development.
  • Communicate advertising/promotion briefs for all brands.
  • Participate in developing and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand promotions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in a business related field.
  • Must have a Diploma in Marketing.
  • A Master’s degree in business related field will be an added advantage.
  • Should have 5 years experience in a large market oriented organization.
  • Be computer literate.
