A reputable and professional medium sized firm based in Nairobi has the following vacancies:

Executive Secretary/Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and supervising the firm’s staff and liaising with the firm’s management;
  • Managing all the firms’ correspondences, schedules, appointments and calendar;
  • Maintaining employee records, placing orders and organizing office supplies;

Minimum Qualifications

  • A holder of Bachelors of Arts Degree (Linguistics and Secretarial Option) and/or an Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a reputable institution; preference shall be given to degree holders;
  • Proficiency in computers and typing, good oral communication, organizational or management ability, customer service and interpersonal skills;

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conducting day to-day financial transactions, preparing and maintaining up to date accounting system;
  • Annual submission of Financial Accounts to Auditors;
Minimum Qualifications
  • A holder of Bachelors of Commerce degree (Accounting Option) and/or CPA Section III; preference shall be given to degree holders;
  • Minimum of two (2) years progressive accounting experience in a busy accounts office.
