Muranga water and sanitation company limited (MUWASCO), an agent of Tana Water services board established under the water act 2002 for the provision of efficient, reliable and economical water and sewerage services in Murang’a municipality and its environs, seeks to recruit a capable and result oriented individual to fill the following position.

Customer Relations Officer

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records on customers
  • Ensure timely response to customer enquiries and complaints
  • Ensure effective communication between customer and corporate in order to establish conducive working environment
  • Ensure provision of quality services to



    customers as per established standards
  • Maintain accurate records on customer complaints in order to identify areas of problems and take appropriate measures
  • Train personnel on good customer relations
  • Educate public on the services being provided by the company
  • Prepare regular reports and distributing to users
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications: Candidate Must Possess:-
  • KCSE C and above
  • Diploma in public relations/Marketing/customer care. A university degree will be an added advantage.
  • 3 years and above experience in a similar position.Experience in the water sector will be an added advantage.
  • Proven analytical and supervision skills;
  • Strong commercial awareness;
  • Excellent knowledge of information technology systems.
