Branch Coordinator - RTL, Musoma, Tanzania

Provide overall management of the Musoma branch office in collaboration with Zonal project office, regional and district health officials, and other partners. Ensure project compliance with US, Tanzanian government, and RTI contractual and regulatory obligations. Oversee all administrative operations including day to day activities, procurement, budgets, project resources, recruiting, and requesting additional technical support as needed. Oversee planning and implementation of community health activities. Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Advanced degree and 6 years of progressive project management experience or Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience
• Experience working with USAID- or USG-funded programs highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
