Administration Manager Employment Opportunity in Kenya

Our client, a leading Electrical & Telecommunications Contractor is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work as an Administration Manager

Key Responsibilities:-
  • Responsible for handling security and security related matters
  • Undertaking and managing Messengerial and errand services as required by other departments
  • Handling and dealing with regulatory bodies like council licenses, company leases, land rates, car licenses etc
  • Handling of all utilities’ issues
  • Management of company physical assets including the facilities
  • Allocation of company assets to various departments and personnel
  • Development, maintenance, review and rationalisation of service contracts and SLA’s between service providers and company.
  • Providing an up to date physical record of all assets.
  • Office Management (water, cleanliness, premises outlook, utensils,)
  • Development of functional budgets for inclusion into the master budget
  • Provides guidelines on sourcing, outsourcing and all supplier lists
  • In liaison with the relevant units, counter checks all purchase orders before dispatch to suppliers
  • In charge of transport sub-unit and all transport related issues
  • Supervises and assists outsourced personnel in delivery of products
  • Ensuring that the vehicles/motorbikes are well maintained in terms of servicing, cleanliness etc
Key Qualifications:-

  • Degree in Business related field or relevant area of study
  • 3 years minimum experience
  • Good computer skills and record keeping
  • Energetic with good interpersonal skills
  • Results oriented with a proven track record
Other Competencies:-
  • Work well under pressure and understands and acknowledge views of others
  • Excellent verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good leadership, time management & feedback
