Accountant and Service Clerk Jobs in Kenya

Accountant 
(one position)

Reporting to the Chief Accountant, the ideal candidate, aged between 25 and 35 years of age will:
  • Have a business degree from a reputable institution. A post graduate diploma in credit management will be an added advantage.
  • Have at least CPA 2 qualification.
  • Able to work in a highly computerized environment.
  • Have at least four (4) years working experience in a similar position.
Main duties will include the following:

  • Monitor an integrated sales order system.
  • Maintain and control customer database specific to customer accounts.
  • Advise on the provision for bad debts as per company policy.
  • Follow up and coordinate outstanding payments and all the debt collection programmes.
  • Monitor an Integrated Purchase order system
  • Process suppliers invoices and payments
  • Prepare General ledger & suppliers reconciliations
Service Clerk 
(one position)

Reporting to the Workshop Manager
, the ideal candidate, aged between 25 and 35 years of age will:
  • Have a diploma in any engineering field. A higher national diploma will be an added advantage.
  • Be computer literate and able to work in a highly computerized environment.
  • Have at least two (2) years experience in a similar position in a busy workshop environment.
  • Have customer service skills.
Main duties will include the following:
  • Opening, closing and invoicing of job cards.
  • Preparation and submission of quotations and follow up LPO’s.
  • Administration and filling of service documents and correspondence.
  • Coordination with customers and service technicians concerning field services.
