Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Acquiring new corporate customers for the hotel
- Managing the relationship with the existing customers
- Following up bills and payments with customers
- Managing and monitoring complaints from customers
- Monitoring the treatment of customers and liaising with other hotel staff to ensure that customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- The Candidate will have at least a degree(any subject).
- The Candidate will have at least 3 years experience in sales within the hospitality industry.
- The Candidate will be a strong communicator in both Swahili or English
Salary:
This is a senior position for a top multinational hotel chain and the successful candidate will remunerated as such. The salary will be negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
