A 5 star Beach Resort seeks to strengthen its management compliment by filling the following positions:

Sales and Marketing Manager

A results oriented team player with an excellent understanding of the local, regional and overseas markets

Prospective Candidate should be able to:
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and budgets
  • Develop and implement annual sales action plans and

    Budgets in order to pursue and achieve agreed objectives.
  • Perform product research and development
  • Compile, Analyze and report market trends
  • Initiate regular brand audits in liaison with the relevant departments
  • Initiate and implement marketing systems ,tools and controls
  • Administer a dynamic sales and marketing Department
Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 5years experience in the hospitality industry
  • B Comm./BBA degree
  • Associate of the Chartered institute of Marketing (ACIM)
Chief Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • To supervise a large technical staff
  • Have strong leadership and good interpersonal skills to ensure property, buildings ,vehicles and machinery are maintained and serviced
  • Create and administer maintenance Schedule for all property, buildings, machinery, plant and equipment of the Resort, ensure that they are maintained and serviced.
  • To make recommendations on reduction in energy use at the resort
  • Evaluate existing equipment to determine suitability and cost effectiveness
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bsc Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Profession registration as an Engineer
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum 5yrs Experience preferably in Hospitality Industry
Assistant Front Office Manager
  • Utalii Trained or from a recognized Hotel ,School/University
  • Conversant with all Front Office Operations
  • Proficiency in computers/Fidelio system
  • Able to step easily for the Front Office Manager in his/her absence
  • 3 years working experience
Human Resource Manager Assistant
  • University Degree/Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource Department preferably in a Hotel
  • Proficiency in computers
