Our client - A well established Group of Companies with diverse investments in manufacturing, printing, packaging and office automation is seeking to recruit dynamic candidates for the below positions

Sales Executives – Office Automation
(4 Positions)

The successful candidate will report to the Sales Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys with an objective of increasing the sales/revenue of the company
  • Manage all the sales and marketing activities of customer service
  • Achieve defined and agreed sales and profits targets
  • Prepare and manage relevant sales activity plans with an aim of satisfying the customer needs
  • Drawing and implementing of valuable marketing startegy.
  • Prepare budget and sales projections for the agreed period

Minimum qualification

  • Degree /Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with good listening and critical reasoning skills
  • ICT knowledge
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of working with a high degree of independence
  • At least 3 years experience in sales & marketing preferably in office automation

Assistant Group Human Resource Officer

Reporting to the Group Human Resource Manager the successful candidate will ensure management of all the affairs relating to the Group Company’s human capital including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, performance management, industrial relations, compensation, health and safety and employees separation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development and Implementation of the strategic plan specifically human resource aspects.
  • Ensure consistency in the interpretation and implementation of the company’s HR policies and procedure.
  • Participate in designing and implementation of the organization change process needed to achieve organization goals.
  • Manpower planning and staffing with a focus on the diversity.
  • Overseeing staff performance including induction, probation and annual performance evaluation in a performance based management system
  • Supporting, training and development activities including planning and delivering within the organization strategic plan.
  • Carry out benchmarking exercises and periodic reviews of existing benefits, designing of appropriate incentive schemes and monitoring of staff budget.
  • Fostering a work environment consistent with the organizations values and mission while ensuring the organizations compliance with all government regulations, legal and statutory

Requirements

  • Degree in Social Sciences from a recognized university
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Four years detailed knowledge, understanding and experience in the HR functional areas and application of statutory and labour laws and of best practices in HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, influencing, facilitating and negotiating skills.

Electrical Sales Engineer
(3 Positions)

Reporting to the General Manager, his/her duties will include;

  • Promoting, marketing and selling the company’s electrical products to wholesalers and for projects to achieve the defined and agreed sales and profit targets
  • Undertake market research to identify emerging opportunities for company growth
  • Conduct competitive and customer surveys to enhance business growth
  • Establish strong relationship with customers and manage all activities of customer service

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering and /or has knowledge in electrical engineering
  • Five years working experience in sales/marketing environment three years of which should be in the electrical industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills and capable of working with high degree of independence
  • A high degree of strategic and commercial aptitude and excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving and decision making skills.
