- manage oversee and provide leadership to a health and HIV/AIDS project that works through partnerships and builds capacity in communities as
part of a holistic programme focused on vulnerable children and youth in informal settlements; - provide the overall administrative, budget and line management of staff working under the initiative and offer technical inputs into design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation;
- be responsible for linking GOAL Kenya programmes to the wider policy environment and advocating on key issues to achieve an improvement in the health of vulnerable children and youth.
