The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify one or more vendors that can serve as a Procurement Services Agent (PSA) for the MSH office in Juba, Sudan.
This project is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the successful vendor(s) must be experienced in conducting competitive procurements in compliance with the U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations.
The goods to be purchased will be delivered to

The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on Monday March 15, 2010.
The RFP outlines the information necessary to understand the quotation and evaluation process, and the documentation required for submission of quotes.
