We are now seeking to strengthen our support services within Advisory Consulting Line of Service by recruiting a highly motivated individual for the position of an Administrator.

The selected candidates will provide our client service teams with administrative and organisational support.

The Role

The successful candidate will be

expected to:

§ Provide support in internal and external meetings;
§ Support the Learning and Education Coordinator in delivery of the L&E Curriculum and coordination of trainings within Advisory Consulting.
§ Provide support in writing of proposals, preparing presentations and carrying out background research;
§ Provide support in preparing reports and other documents which will involve collating of information and narrative for draft reports, editing and proofreading;
§ Facilitate maximum utilisation of staff in the client service departments and assist in staff planning;
§ Organise conferences, events and liaise with clients, staff and suppliers for various services.
§ Have an understanding of the training requirements and policies for staff of all grades
§ Support the local business unit in gaining an understanding of training-related programs and requirements.
§ Support training event management for local training
§ Monitor mandatory training compliance for the business unit
§ Connect with the wider training community on a regular basis to share best practice and support others where appropriate

The Person

The successful candidate will be required to have the following qualifications, demonstrable skills and competencies

§ At least a university degree level with 2-3 years of demonstrable administrative experience in a comparable organization

§ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

§ Demonstrable excellent computer literacy skills

§ Ability to contribute to team success in a diverse team by demonstrating courage and integrity

§ Experience in handling training administrative functions will be an added advantage.
