Brief Description


To support the HR Relationship Manager in the achievement of established HR operational excellence objectives across the organization.

Detailed Description

  • Gather relevant data from the various functions to support the HR metrics, analyse data, perform trend analyses and report HR performance on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis.
  • Create and implement various tools to support the collation of data so as to enable understanding of HR operational performance whilst ensuring continuous improvement in the processes.
  • Design, develop and continuously improve performance reporting. This includes:
  1. Designing and developing reporting requirements and the data collation and submissions process for the various functions so as to ensure consistent analysis of HR performance metrics.
  2. Ensure continuous improvement of reporting processes and metrics.
  • Data gathering and analysis
  1. Act as the central co-ordination point for the collation of all data
  2. Ensure all data is received in a timely manner and any late submissions chased.
  3. Ensure integrity of data submitted and clarify where necessary
  4. Analyse data against HR performance metrics;
  5. Conduct trend analyses on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual basis
  6. Provide any additional analysis required by key stakeholders
  7. Act as the reference point with regards to data reporting.
  • Monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting
  1. Develop templates for monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reporting;
  2. Write all required monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports for key stakeholders.
  3. Continuously improve reports, information provided and presentation of analysis.
  4. Present to the HR Leadership team on an ad hoc basis.
  • Acting as the support to the Manager – HR Records
  1. Act as the key support to the Manager – HR Records in establishing HR operational excellence in the organization.
  2. Provide support with regards to the HR budgeting process- ensuring collation of data from the HR leadership team, compiling and analysing the information provided against target budget and being involved in the annual budgeting process.
  • Provide administrative assistance
  1. Prepare, compile & dispatch documents correspondence, reports and presentations for efficient and effective communication.
  2. Handle calls, attend to customers, organize and facilitate travel and diaries for efficient & effective office operations.
  3. Develop, implement & maintain document management systems to ensure availability of up to date & accurate information.

Job Requirements

  • Postgraduate Diploma in HRM
  • 2 years experience as a HR Analyst
  • Thorough understanding of the HR function and operational practices;
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business report writing
  • Numerical skills
  • Thorough knowledge of excel and other database applications.
  • Strong planning, coordination and time management skills
  • Understanding of the measurement and evaluation of HR activities
  • Previous experience of data analysis;
  • Experience of report writing;
  • Previous experience of working with budgets
