Human Resources Manager

The Job

Reporting to the Head of HR & Administration, key responsibilities will include:-
  • Selection and Recruitment of Talent
  • Staff Training & Development
  • Succession Management
  • Champion awareness of Corporate Values & Culture
  • Enforce Disciplinary Code and Procedures
  • Administer Personnel Records
  • Medical Schemes & WIBA Administration
  • Coordinate Performance Management System
  • Take Charge of Employee Recognition & Reward Events
  • IT competent in MS Office, Email and InternetUtility

The Candidate

We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated and results oriented candidate – aged between 35-40 years with the following qualifications and skills:
  • University Graduate
  • Preferably with Post Graduate Qualification in Human Resources Management
  • Assertive, Tactful & Diplomatic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • No less than 5 years proven managerial experience in a busy FMCG environment.
  • Strong Analytical & Negotiating Skills
  • An Active Listener
  • IT competent in MS Office, Email and Internet Utility

Administration Officer

The Job

Reporting to the Head of HR & Administration, key responsibilities will include:-
  • Fleet Supervision & Management
  • Manage Corporate Reception, Catering and Telephone Services
  • Coordinate Community & Staff Welfare Programs
  • Manage Company Documentation, Archives and Filing System
  • Ensure Corporate Compliance to Stipulated laws e.g. Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
  • As a member of HR team, Identify & Coordinate staff motivation & Team-building events
  • Coordinate Internal Communication Processes and Tools
  • Responsible for Factory Site Security & Access
  • Manage Renewal of all business operating licenses
  • Coordinate application and Renewal of Immigration & Entry Permits
  • Coordinate Staff Medical Claims Process and Records

The Candidate

Dynamic, Self-driven, highly motivated and results oriented individual. 30 to 35 years of age with the following qualifications and skills:
  • University Graduate
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • 3-5 years experience in a busy commercially oriented work environment.
  • A Team Player
  • Firm Attention to detail and ability to follow through matters
  • Can Do, Will Do Attitude & Orientation

Payroll & Wages Administrator

The Job

Reporting to the Remuneration & Benefits Manager, key responsibilities will include:-
  • Administering payroll and benefits.
  • Preparation of monthly payroll reports.
  • Preparation of payroll journals and reconciliation
  • General ledger reconciliation of payroll accounts
  • Preparation and submission of statutory deductions
  • Tracking and reporting employee movements to benefit providers for pension and group life
  • Supervision of clerical staff

The Candidate

We are looking for a dynamic, self motivated and results oriented candidate with the following
competencies and behavioral qualities:
  • At least CPA I and Diploma in HR Management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting or Auditing
  • In Depth understanding of Accounting Principles and Practice
  • Understanding of Employment and Labor Laws
  • Good understanding of payroll cycle such as processing, contributions and submissions as per statutory regulations.
  • Analytical and highly numerate
  • Computer literate with a good working knowledge of appropriate HR/payroll software package and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High Integrity
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable in handling confidential data and information
