Associate Consultants - Recruitment
We are looking to partner with consultants, who have at least three years recruitment experience, have managed the end to end process of recruitment for support, professional and managerial positions.
The end to end process includes: development of job descriptions/job profiles; development of job adverts; development and execution of a search strategy; sourcing candidates, long-listing and short-listing; interviewing; report writing and client management through the

Experience in competency based and/or behavioural based interviewing skills, running assessment centres and/or use psychometric assessment tools would be beneficial.
Associate Consultants will be provided with administrative support from the office. Our payment structure is based on a revenue-share model, and we work on a success-fee basis with our clients.
We work on a results-based model, with flexible working hours and Associates do not need to work from the office.
Associate Consultants - Training
We are looking for seasoned facilitators who have at least three years training experience in customising and delivering training in the following areas:
- People Management Skills including: performance management; interviewing and assessment skills; team-building; ‘HR for Non-HR Managers’ programs, etc
- Management Skills including: customer service; communication, report writing and presentation skills; interpersonal skills; team building; work ethics; stress management; time management; planning & organising skills; personal financial management; process management; finance and budgeting; etc. Management skills will be taught at individual, supervisory and management level.
- Leadership Skills including: strategy; managing for value, leading people, customer delight; organisation culture; balanced scorecard; ISO; etc. Leadership programs target senior management and business leaders. Experience incourse development and customisation; training needs assessment; various methods of facilitation including case studies, role plays, work-groups; post-training evaluation; etc, are requirements. For the advanced management and leadership courses, line management experience will be necessary.
Associate Consultants will be provided with administrative support from the office. Our payment structure is based on a daily rate. We work on a results-based model, with flexible working hours and Associates do not need to work from the office.
Training Consultants will be required to be registered with the Professional Trainers Association of Kenya (PTAK). We will facilitate the process for those who are not registered.
