We are seeking to recruit for the following positions;

1. Business Development Manager

2. Office Manager and

3. Field Sales Representatives

1. Business Development Manager

Overall responsibility for establishing and coordinating all marketing and sales strategies, plans, programs and functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· To develop and implement an overall marketing and sales strategy for company products, including pricing and customer service policies and advertising programs. Develops marketing action plans that clearly define objectives, goals, schedules and assignments to implement and achieve targeted opportunities.
· To develop a plan and supporting procedures for customer order processing; to supervise a staff of salespeople and customer-service representatives who implement that plan.
· To carry out a program for market research and analysis including market segments, buying trends and competitor analysis.
· To provide recommendations for improving or adding new product designs and assists with product development and testing.
· Maintains relationships with advertising agencies, public relations firms and market research firms.
· Oversees and verifies reporting of sales and marketing activities, including leads generated and tracking reports, sales orders received, sales by product, backlog reports and customer lists and determines appropriate reporting frequency, such as, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.

Organizational Relationships

· Directly accountable to the CEO and the board of directors through the CEO for the performance of all responsibilities related to sales and marketing.
· Provides reports or briefings on company sales and marketing activities as requested by the CEO and the board of directors.

Qualifications

· A college degree is required with a major in business or marketing preferred.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential.
· Good leadership skills are beneficial.
· Familiarity with marketing and spreadsheet applications is required.

Work Environment

· The job is performed indoors in a traditional home office setting.
· Activities include extended periods of sitting occasional fast paced events and extensive work at a computer monitor and/or calculator.

2. Office Manager

Responsibilities include maintaining computer data bases, and performing day-to-day office administration i.e. processing invoices, arranging repairs, issuing LPO for procurement of stationery, receptionist duties, accounting information, book keeping, assisting with mailing, ordering and maintaining adequate stocks of supplies and performing a variety of administrative office tasks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Provides assistance to the CEO and other company officers as required or as requested including word processing, transcription, information research, filing, taking and directing telephone messages.
· Drafts memos, financial and other reports as appropriate.
· Makes arrangements and assists with executive management meetings, conferences and board of directors meetings.
· Schedules and performs word processing and spreadsheet activities; formats, revises and prints out final copies of complex documents for other employees.
· Maintains and manages computer network and ensures appropriate back-up and storage of computer files.
· Trains employees and assists with questions or problems related to computer hardware/software.
· Coordinates with outside computer programmers, consultants and contractors.
· Responsible for operating and maintaining office equipment; arranges for repairs when necessary.
· Makes recommendations for new or additional office equipment as appropriate.
· Supervises receptionist and performs duties in receptionist's absence.
· Responsible for developing, implementing and updating office policies and procedures including scheduling appointments, processing mail, answering phones and ordering supplies.
· Coordinates all travel arrangements for the company; researches and makes flight, hotel and rental car reservations in accordance with company policies and to obtain the most economical and efficient travel.
· Creates travel itinerary and schedules in accordance with authorized travel requests.
· Performs other administrative or office duties or projects as required or as assigned.

Organizational Relationships

· Reports directly to the Finance and Administration Director.
· Assists and coordinates activities with the CEO and other managers in the company.

Qualifications

· A high school diploma is required.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential.
· Ability to work in a team and the ability to work independently, proficiency in computers and previous office experience.

3. Field Sales Representatives (2)

· Generates and follows up on sales leads in territory.
· Provides thorough product demonstrations and order quotations to customers and ensures customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Follows up on leads generated by marketing activities; telephones or visits potential customers to discuss needs and provide product demonstrations.
· Develops referrals and makes contacts to other potential candidates in assigned territory.
· Attends and works trade shows for company in assigned territory.
· Ensures contacts receive marketing literature and price catalogs; answers any questions and obtains any further information necessary for customers.
· Assists customers with ordering information and configurations; provides quotations on customer requirements and provides appropriate follow up.
· Reviews any questions or concerns with the Business Development Manager;
· Discusses any unique product configurations/problems with Customer Service, Engineering or Production as necessary.
· Follows up with customers after receipt of their order; ensures equipment properly set up and functioning; verifies customer satisfaction and resolves any concerns.
· Submits reports to Sales Manager; provides weekly activity/call reports, lost sale reports and monthly sales forecasts for assigned territory.
· Provides briefings on sales activities, problems, etc., to Sales Manager as necessary or as requested.
· Performs any other appropriately related duty as requested by the Sales Manager.

Organizational Relationships

· Reports directly to the Business Development Manager.
· Coordinates activities in territory with Marketing and Customer Service.

Qualifications

· A college degree with a major in business preferred.
· Good communication skills and the ability to work well with people is essential.
· Good leadership skills are beneficial.
· Familiarity with the sales process and spreadsheet applications is required.
