To drive the insurance business of the company
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in commerce (insurance option)
- Holder of a Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
- ACII Qualifications is an asset
- 5 years working experience in sales/marketing/business development 3 years of which should be at a senior level in the insurance industry
- Ability to generate innovative business ideas and translate them into profitable business lines
- A high degree of strategic and commercial aptitude
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
Direct sales Commission Agents/Executives
