A fast growing real estate company, based in Nairobi and specializing in property management and valuation is looking for a highly organized, vibrant and motivated real estate professional with practical experience and demonstrable success in property management.
The job profile will involve general residential and commercial property management duties, problem solving, handling landlords and tenants, reporting and marketing.
The right candidate will be expected to oversee and provide guidance to other officers in their line of duties.
Key Qualities:
The right candidate will be;
• BA Land Economics holder (or equivalent),
• Have 6 years relevant professional work experience, at-least 2 years at supervisory level
• Be a full ISK member
• Be able to show case leadership and in-depth practical knowledge of property management.
