Depot Administrator – HR/DA/01/010
The Job
The Depot Administrator will be reporting to the Store Manager. He / will be in charge of all Depot Administration and operations including, stocks management and control, receiving, storage, issues and dispatch including keeping all the required records and management of staff.
The staff reporting to ensure efficient and effective customer service oriented operations, resulting to optimal returns to the Company.
The candidate
The candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications:-
- Must have Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business Administration or its equivalent from a recognized university.
- At least 3 years experience in Sales Management or as Sales Representative.
- Must have knowledge in computers, spreadsheets, database, word processing etc.

Field Services Officer – HR/FSO/02/010
The Job
The Field Services Officer will be reporting to the Raw Milk Supply Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for :-
- Procuring of raw milk from farmers.
- Providing extension services to farmers
- Spearheading support programs for farmers.
- Gathering intelligence of farmers issues and ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Participating in farmers events such as Field Days and Agricultural Shows.
- Preparing reports on field visits.
The Candidate
The candidate must be in possession of the following qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Dairy Science & Technology/Animal Health/Production/Husbandry or related field.
- Certificate in Animal Health Management or related field would be an added advantage.
- 5 to 6 years experience.
Essential Skills include:
- Proficient with office computer application.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Well developed report writing skills.
- Time management skill s and attention to details.
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills.
Assistant Accountant – HR/AA/02/010
Reporting to the Senior Accountant. The Assistant Accountant will ensure accurate and timely execution of financial and accounting transactions, reconciliation of general ledger accounts, maintenance of general ledger, preparation of activity reports and accounts including processing of payments and analysis of financial statements and reports.
The candidate should possess the following minimum qualifications:-
- Must have a Bachelor in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of CPA II OR CPA (K) (Non Graduates).
- Must have at least 2 years working experience in a busy office.
- Must be numerate, have good analytical skills and be a good team player.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be person of high integrity.
- Must be a numerate and have good analytical skills.
- Those with valid driving license will have an added advantage .
Salesmen/Salesladies – HR/SML/04/010
The Job
The Salesmen/Ladies will be required to do van selling and distribution of our products to customers under the supervision and management of a territory Sales Representative.
Qualifications
The right candidates must have the following :-
- Minimum Diploma in Sales and Marketing from a recognized institution or its equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in selling fast moving consumer goods.
- Minimum of three years driving experience (Class B.C.E)
- Must be numerate and have good communication skills.
- Certificate of Good Conduct.
