Motorbike Riders / Messengers
Job Objective:
- Ensure professional receiving and delivery of packages and mail items in a timely and efficient manner to and from client offices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake the receipt and delivery of various clients’ documents in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all collections on behalf of clients are done on time and feed back given incases where requests are not done.
- Respect client confidentiality
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with clients at all times.
- Co-ordinate with the team on a daily basis regarding deliveries and collections.
The Person and qualifications required
- Excellent planning, interpersonal, phone and communication skills
- ' O’ level certificate holder
- Should be a person of high Integrity
- Valid and clean driving license classes F and G
- Basic mechanical skills
- Excellent geographical knowledge of Nairobi city and its environs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent knowledge of the courier industry will be an added advantage
