Graduate Clerk
Main Duties:
- Telling duties
- Account opening
- Customer Service
- Any other clerical duties as assigned
Job Specification (Expected Skills/Attributes):
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Ability to perform with minimum supervision
- Highly flexible and willing to work wherever the Bank is represented

- Well disciplined and well-grounded individual
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree preferably in a business related field
- KCSE mean grade C+ (Plus), with a C+ in both Mathematics and English
- Computer literate
- Age: 28 years and below
Micro Credit Officers
Main Duties:
- Marketing of the credit products
- Receive potential clients and conduct an initial assessment & assist clients in completing applications
- Preparing loan analyses and recommendations
- Presenting recommendations to the Branch Credit Committee
- Prepare loan documentation & disburse loans
- Loan monitoring & follow up
- Cross sell other bank products
Job Specification (Expected Skills/Attributes):
- Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work without supervision & posses excellent leadership skills
- A good knowledge of the micro-finance industry trends & practices
- Good analytical & report writing skills
- Must he a self starter & possess excellent presentation skills
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelors degree in a business related field
- KCSE mean grade C+ (Plus), with a C+ in both Mathematics and English
- CPA or Marketing qualifications will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy a must
- Age — 28 years & below
