1. Senior Advisors

Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters & PHD level qualification in relevant disciplines is an absolute requirement
- Over ten years practical experience in the following disciplines:
- Operational research in agricultural and rural economics,
- Public private sector partnerships
- Report writing & concept development
- Lower tier market development
- Rural Finance/ Agricultural Programmes
2. Programmes Managers
Ref. No. 02/2010
Qualification and Experience:
- A Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness or Social Economics
- Over 5 years Experience in Agri-related business or programme
3. Project Officers
Ref. No. 03/2010
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Business, Agricultural Economics or related disciplines.
- Able and willing to live and work in rural areas
- At least 2 years experience
4. Finance Managers
Ref. No. 04/2010
Qualifications and Experience:
- Business degree plus CPA (K) or equivalent professional qualifications
- Demonstrated financial management skills over minimum period of 5 years
5. Accountants
Ref. No. 05/2010
Qualifications and Experience:
- Business degree in a relevant field with CPA II or similar professional qualification
- Working knowledge of accounting software’s
- Minimum of 2 years accountancy experience
6. Senior Executive Associates
Ref. No. 06/2010
Qualification and Experience:
- Masters Degree in Business, Communication or related field
- Demonstrated executive support experience
- Competency in report writing and high level correspondence
7. M& E Manager
Ref. No. 07/2010
Qualification and Experience:
- Masters in project management
- Proven ability to work with various M&E methods and approaches (including quantitative, qualitative and participatory); ability to identify and measure social indicators is critical
- 3 years experience in M&E
8. Internship Programmes

Farm Concern International is running a one year Internship programme geared towards exposing new graduates in tertiary institutions to Agribusiness and smallholder community’s
programmes targeting recent graduates with Degrees/ Diplomas/ Certificates in the following disciplines;
- Business related fields
- Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness and related socio-sciences
- Cooperative Management
- Community development
During the internship period FCI will offer a nominal stipend for upkeep.
Preference will be given to candidates who hail from FCI project sites.

Previous experience in the private sector will be an added advantage.
