1. Senior Advisors

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters & PHD level qualification in relevant disciplines is an absolute requirement
  • Over ten years practical experience in the following disciplines:
  1. Operational research in agricultural and rural economics,
  2. Public private sector partnerships
  3. Report writing & concept development
  4. Lower tier market development
  5. Rural Finance/ Agricultural Programmes

2. Programmes Managers

Qualification and Experience:

  • A Masters degree in Marketing, Business or Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness or Social Economics
  • Over 5 years Experience in Agri-related business or programme

3. Project Officers

7. M& E Manager

8. Internship Programmes

Farm Concern International is running a one year Internship programme geared towards exposing new graduates in tertiary institutions to Agribusiness and smallholder community’s
programmes targeting recent graduates with Degrees/ Diplomas/ Certificates in the following disciplines;

  • Business related fields
  • Agricultural Economics, Agribusiness and related socio-sciences
  • Cooperative Management
  • Community development

During the internship period FCI will offer a nominal stipend for upkeep.

Preference will be given to candidates who hail from FCI project sites.

All applicants in the above positions ought to be computer literate and be persons of unquestionable integrity and profess the Christian faith as FCI is founded on Christian values.

Previous experience in the private sector will be an added advantage.
