Manager - Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

· Creating and development of strong business relationships through well developed networking skills
· Identification of target markets and growth strategies for the company
· Developing and marketing company products and services, locally and internationally
· Oversee Market Research in matters relating to products and markets
· Responsible for the Public Relations aspects of the organization
· Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual business statistics for the company products and markets;
· Organizing company promotional activities to showcase company products as well as profile the organization favorably in the market;
· Preparation of and timely publication of the company’s marketing materials

Underwriter – Reinsurance / General Business

Key Responsibilities:

· To assist in ensuring smooth running of the Company’s reinsurance program, while contributing to the overall efficiency of the reinsurance section.
· To assist in the management, administration, and the control of the company's underwriting operations to ensure profitable and timely service.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree with an Insurance option
· ACII Qualification (Minimum 5 units)
· Excellent knowledge of reinsurance and general insurance
· 3 years relevant experience in similar position in a similar organization

Assistant Manager - Claims

Key Responsibilities:

Key tasks include: ensuring that systems and procedures covering claims operations are adhered to, training and supervision of staff in the department, working closely with the underwriting department to ensure that policy terms and conditions are adhered to for all claims being processed, recovery of claims from insurers, and generally ensuring the highest level of quality customer service in the claims process.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree with an Insurance option
· ACII Qualification (Minimum 5 units)
· Excellent knowledge of claims management of general insurance business
· 3 years relevant experience in a busy insurance claims department

Underwriter – Employee Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

Risk assessment and acceptance, processing underwriting documents and ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved optimally through effective and efficient service.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree with an Insurance option
· ACII Qualification (Minimum 5 units)
· Excellent knowledge of underwriting in life insurance
· Must be willing to learn medical insurance underwriting

Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

A successful candidate for this position will have strong skills in journal entry preparation, GL account reconciliation, and financial analysis of data.Works directly with internal and external customers, vendors and other agencies to give or collect information, resolve account reconciliation / invoice issues.He/She will be responsible for analyzing financial information, ensuring compliance of financial records, liaising with other departments on collection of outstanding amounts by providing accurate debtor analysis, assisting with regulatory reporting and general ledger reconciliations.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelors Degree with an Accounting option
· CPA /ACCA Part II or higher or its equivalent
· 3 years relevant experience in similar position
