Business Development Manager: Williams Personnel Ltd Jobs in Kenya

We are recruiting Business Development Managers on behalf of our clients.

The right candidate must have at least 3 years relevant experience in similar position and verifiable success in corporate sales and Business Development.

He/she must be a strong strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and capitalize on them for long term sustainable success.

Job Description/Duties

Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Formulating Corporate Marketing Strategies, Business Development Strategies and New Client Strategies.
  • Focusing on core deliverables such as increasing brand awareness, bringing in new customers, and coordinating public relations efforts.
  • Driving new revenues by effectively challenging and motivating employees.
  • Formulation of strategy.
  • Marketing, advertising and promotion planning.
  • Business planning.
  • Developing new business relationships.
  • Presenting the company to potential clients through direct communication.

Person must possess following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Confident negotiator and ability to ‘close the deal.’
  • Strong client management skills and ability to deliver.
  • Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • A positive and determined approach to researching and analyzing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A positive attitude to dealing with people.
  • Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual.
  • Comfortable working in the field.

Minimum requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors Degree/Equivalent Professional Certification in Marketing or related Field.
  • No less than 3 years verifiable experience in similar post.
