The applicant should possess strong Skills in Resource Development, Project Development and Management.
Personal Profile
• Bachelors Degree in Sociology or Social Sciences or Education or Community Development or Business Administration with 3 years experience in a similar position;
• Diploma in Social Work or Community Development or Business Management with 5 years experience in similar position;
• Diploma in Human Resources Management will be an added advantage;
• Computer Literate.
• Must be of Christian faith between 30 – 40 years old.
Job Profile
• General Administration of Branch activities.
• Administering branch programmes which include; Community Development activities with young people and women in Social and Economic Empowerment, Health, HIV and AIDS, Justice, Peace and Human Rights.
• Programme Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
• Developing Branch Annual budgets.
• Development of Project Proposals to funding partners both local and international.
• Report Writing to the National Headquarters, Donor Agencies and Standing Committees at Branch level.
• Networking and collaboration with partners undertaking similar activities.
• Membership Recruitment and Development.
Salary: Negotiable.
