Area Sales Developer
Key Accountabilities
The position will mainly be responsible for achievement of sales targets in value, volume and product displays in the assigned region while leading a team of Sales Representatives.
The Person
The suitable candidate must fulfill the following requirements:-
- Be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university;
- Have a proven track record in sales, especially in distribution to small size outlets through the wholesale trade
- Must have working experience of at least five (5) years in Field Sales gained in a reputable FMCG Company;
- Must have good interpersonal skills and be an effective team player;
- Be Enthusiastic, passionate and results driven
- Have a Strong Commercial Orientation
- Good in presentation and communication skills
Sales Representatives
The successful candidate will be responsible for achievement of sales objectives in the assigned business channels.
Key Responsibilities
The job holder must ensure:
- Achievement of value and volume Sales Targets
- Excellent product displays in assigned territory as directed
- Timely reporting of Market intelligence and competitor activity
- Implementation of trade activations and promotions
- Excellent customer service at all times
The Person
The individual must be:
- Enthusiastic, passionate and results driven
- Having a Strong Commercial Orientation
- Good in presentation and communication skills
- A holder of a Bachelors Degree from a recognised University
- Must have sales experience of a minimum of 2 years in both food and household categories primarily dealing with hotels, restaurants and other institutions
- Should also have experience in both supermarket and wholesale trade
