Manager - Business Development

Key task is to maintain existing portfolio, foster partnerships and business relationships with clients and Insurance companies, handle new business inquiries and process competitive solutions; develop and validate viable business models for business partnerships and acquisitions; and create financial projections for growth and profitability of accounts and future acquisitions.

Job Requirements:
· Degree in business with 5 years relevant experience gained in employee benefits business development
Competencies:
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills; grasp of employee benefits; demonstrated accuracy, thoroughness and customer centric.

Manager - Claims

Ref: CM/AC/10

Keys tasks is to provide overall management of the Healthcare Division claims processing function; review and manage claims processes; coordinate claims payment; ensure sufficient system, process controls, claims advocacy and prompt payment by underwriters.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years experience in a busy claims department.
Competencies:
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills; understanding of the risk management and policies; ethical, innovative and able to build morale and group commitments.

Assistant Manager - Employee Wellness Management

Ref: AWM/AC/10

You will provide strategic direction, program development, and ongoing management of health wellness programs, partner with clients in providing high quality prevention/well ness services which improves health and productivity of clients staff while controlling health care costs; manage various corporate wellness programs, including new programs, ensure caregivers identified to assist clients with wellness programs have the necessary skill that commensurate job assignment and identify potential business streams to strategically grow business.

Job Requirements:

· Either a degree in Nursing or related discipline coupled 3 years experience in management of corporate wellness programs.
Competencies:
· Demonstrated experience in occupational health, corporate wellness program planning, delivery, and evaluation; risk assessment for wellness programs; management experience in planning, designing, and implementing health promotion programs, including fitness, health education, lifestyle, management, and disease management programs.

Assistant Actuarial Consultant

Ref: AC/AC/10

As a team player you will delivers distinctive and measurable client value in insurance brokerage, risk management and human capital consulting.Specifically, run actuarial valuation software, interpret output from the software and prepare valuation reports; proof read reports and provide reasonableness checks on actuarial calculations and reports; and advice clients on risks minimization.

Job Requirements:

· Actuarial degree, partial professional exams and 3 years experience in consulting to pension schemes, corporate finance, insurance or healthcare.
Competencies:
· High level of numeracy, team player, grasp of business trends and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Manager- IT

Ref: ITM/GSD/10

You will work with systems administration /troubleshooting tools to support Windows 2000, & 2003 Servers, MS Active Directory, DNS, MS SQL 2000 Server, Lotus Notes Domino 6 and oracle 92 or later versions; support and troubleshoot Desktop and Laptop Technology including Microsoft Office 2003 Applications, TCP/IP Networking, Windows XP PC hardware and software, and install, configure, and support LAN hardware and software, to include servers, peripherals, printer servers, and other devices as required.

Job Requirements:

· Degree in IT with 5 years hands on experience in system administration and troubleshooting Windows 2000 server, DNS, SQL and Oracle servers; IT. projects management
and development of IT. strategy.

Competencies:

· Good interpersonal communication skills;
· Ethical, team player and innovative.
